Very good for a short time.

The app us great--to a point. Once you get to 100 and have incorporated the app into your weekly workout schedule, suddenly you reach your goal of 100 and the whole thing comes to an abrupt end. 100 push ups is actually meaningless in the long run. Incorporating push ups into your daily life is the real goal. Id love to find a push up program that is interactive-generates workouts based on your ongoing performance over time. Then adds mini challenges--to keep things interesting. Seems like an obvious move. Does it exist?

Great app.

Makes doing push-up easier and fun.

I hate push-ups, I have always had a weak upper body. I have never been able to do more than three push-ups in a row, even in collage when I played several sports. I love this app, it makes me do push-ups in a way that I can build up to more and it I love that I can see my progress.

Great help

I really enjoy utilizing this app. Due to the way that it structures your push-ups, you quickly get to the point where you can do more than you believe possible. My only concern is the proximity sensor, because some push-ups dont count if you dont get right up against the screen. It just forces you to do a full push-up all the way to the ground

Nice on the go reminder

I can do quite a bit more push-ups than it starts you at, but that said since you do more at a time, its a decent workout reminder. Funny, I can do 2 times more than it tells me my top is at, but due to the staggering it makes push ups harder and better cardio. I use the time between sets to do some planks and other ab workouts, so being spent is normal. Gonna buy the full version soon.
